Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Scholarships:
The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners awards scholarships to outstanding Middle Tennessee* students pursuing degrees in accounting/finance, criminal justice, information technology, or law-related majors. Students with other majors who are pursuing a career in fraud-fighting may also apply. The chapter will award the Donna Crutcher Memorial Scholarship to one high school student and one college student, and award additional scholarships to runners-up. The scholarships may range between $1,500 and $3,000.
Eligibility Requirements:
- **Students who will be graduating from high school in May/June 2026, or is currently enrolled, or will be attending a college or university
- Seeking a degree in accounting/finance, criminal justice, information technology, or a law-related major
- Minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).

Global Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Scholarships: The ACFE Foundation has announced that the 2026-2027 Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship application period is open. Through this scholarship program, the ACFE Foundation works to encourage university students to pursue anti-fraud career paths. To be eligible, students must have a declared major or minor in accounting, business administration, finance, criminal justice, or similar fraud-related discipline. Students must also be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and be enrolled through the 2026-2027 academic year. Undergraduates must be enrolled in 9 semester hours (or equivalent) per term and must be a junior, senior, or at least in the second half of their sophomore year when applying. Graduates must be enrolled in 6 semester hours (or equivalent) per term. Multiple awards are available at the $10,000, $7,500, $5,000 and $2,000 levels. However, we recommend applicants start early to have time to request/upload official transcripts, and to find a professor or employer to complete their professional recommendations.
