Brooklyn Sawyers, Assistant United States Attorney, presenting on federal fraud such as theft, mail, and wire fraud. She will also cover various federal fraud statutes including prosecutions for theft of government funds.
Joseph P. Buckley, President of John E. Reid and Associates, presenting on How to Assess Witness Credibility focusing on verbal and nonverbal behavior symptoms that are displayed by a person who is telling the truth during a non-accusatory interview, as well as those displayed by a person who is withholding or fabricating relevant information.
